Leonard Lerner

Leonard Lerner is the founding partner at Lerner & Weiss. Over the course of the last three decades he has engaged in civil litigation in state and federal court in California and across the nation. Mr. Lerner’s clientele includes individuals, small businesses and multi-national companies. His experience extends to commercial litigation regarding auditable premium policies, prosecution of mechanics’ liens for contractors and material suppliers and other commercial clients seeking assistance in managing their receivable, as well as workers’ compensation and liability subrogation.

Mr. Lerner’s extensive background allows him to effectively counsel clients across a wide range of business transactions and operations. His advice and expertise with regard to business turnarounds, negotiating and restructuring debt, as well as devising future business plans allow clients to operate more efficiently.
