Jacob Kalinski is trial counsel for Lerner & Weiss.  Mr. Kalinski has represented national and international companies at trials, appeals, arbitrations and mediations. His practice areas include insurance law, business litigation, commercial collections, employment, products liability and landlord/tenant. He has extensive knowledge of insurance premium and bad faith litigation in all manners of commercial policies, including workers’ compensation, general liability, excess liability and commercial automobile insurance.  In addition, Mr. Kalinski is responsible for supervising national litigation on behalf of an international insurance company in over 30 states in cooperation with local counsel.
