With nearly 30 years of litigation, transactions and dispute resolution experience working with a diverse spectrum of clients ranging from Fortune 100 companies to small businesses and individuals, clients have sought my services on a broad range of commercial disputes, insurance coverage and premium disputes, products liability, third-party subrogation rights, and real estate litigation. I have drafted and negotiated contracts involving business entities, employment matters, commercial aerospace entities and foreign manufacturers, real estate purchase and sales agreements, leases and construction contracts. I also have extensive experience representing promotion and marketing firms in the drafting of rules for sweepstakes and contracts for radio and social media promotional campaigns.
Every case is a puzzle. I understand that each client and each matter for each client has its own unique needs and desired outcome. I take pride in my ability to strategize, analyze, problem solve and create a well-defined plan of action utilizing agile and critical thinking, plus strong advocacy skills to derive positive solutions and resolutions to achieve the goal sought by my clients.
Additionally, my experience in working with clients to design and direct future business practices including policies and practices, business methodologies and documentation, as well as negotiation and review of business documents, all work to strengthen each aspect of my client’s business structure and operations.
