Leonard Lerner is the founding partner at Lerner & Weiss. Over the course of the last three decades, he has engaged in civil litigation in state and federal court in California and across the nation. Mr. Lerner’s clientele includes individuals, small businesses and multi-national companies.
His experience extends to commercial litigation regarding auditable premium policies, prosecution of mechanics’ liens for contractors and material suppliers and other commercial clients seeking assistance in managing their receivable, as well as workers’ compensation and liability subrogation.
